Dr. Desrosiers was born and raised in Southwest Edmonton where she attended the University of Alberta, completing her Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in 2002 and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006. She has enjoyed meeting all new and returning patients to Brookview Dental Clinic, where she has worked since June of 2006. She has also worked at the Emergency Dental Clinic at the University of Alberta Hospital where she gained experience dealing with more serious dental emergencies.
Dr. Desrosiers enjoys treating both adults and children, and works hard to ensure the experience is the most positive one possible. She believes in comprehensive dental treatment for all patients, performed with a gentle touch and in a timely manner. Dr. Desrosiers is also committed to keeping up-to-date on the latest techniques and materials so that her patients can enjoy the best dental care available. Dr. Desrosiers is interested in all aspects of general dentistry, with a special interest in patient education, aesthetic dentistry, dental implants, and Invisalign.
When not working, Dr. Desrosiers volunteers with several community organizations and enjoys travelling, photography, and spending time with her husband and three children.
Dr. Irving was born and raised in West Edmonton, completing both her Bachelor of Science degree and later her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors in 1983 at the University of Alberta. She has worked in a private practice in Southwest Edmonton since 1983 and has an interest in many aspects of dentistry with an emphasis on prevention, restorative dentistry, dental implants, and aesthetic dentistry.
During her free time, Dr. Irving enjoys training for triathlons and marathons, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Hone was born in Scotland and moved to Edmonton as a young child, where he was raised. Dr. Hone completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology in 1976 and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1980, both at the University of Alberta. Dr. Hone has taught at the University of Alberta as a clinical instructor and in the dental emergency department at the University Hospital in Edmonton. Dr. Hone is interested in all aspects of general dentistry, especially aesthetic restorations such as CEREC® porcelain inlays, veneers, crowns, and restorations on dental implants.
In his free time, Dr. Hone enjoys curling, golf, hunting, fishing, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
