At Brookview Dental Clinic, we make every effort to provide you with the care and the most convenient financial options. For your convenience, our dental clinic accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheques, debit and cash. We can direct bill insurance for your convenience, but any portion not covered by your insurance will be due at the time of your visit unless you have made other arrangements in advance.
If you have any problems or questions regarding your account, please ask our staff. A simple phone call may be able to clear up any misunderstandings you may have about your bill. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Monthly statements will be sent to you. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. If you find that your statement does not match your insurance payment within that time frame, please call our dental office. Whatever remains on your balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Prompt payment is much appreciated. Monthly payment plans can be arranged if needed, but must be set up before your appointment(s). Please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.
